Welcome to Dental Pro Staffing Solutions! This document outlines our Code of Conduct, as well as the guidelines for temporary and permanent placements. Please review it carefully to ensure you are familiar with our procedures. There is no registration fee, but we expect all applicants to adhere to our policies.
We expect you to maintain professionalism when working with us and any dental offices you are placed in. Our goal is to deliver top-notch service, and we ask that you keep the following in mind:
If we reach out to you, we expect a prompt response, regardless of the circumstances. Keep us informed about any developments during the hiring process, such as job offers, changes in availability, or any direct interactions with the dental offices. Even if a dental office says they’ll update us, it is your responsibility to inform us directly. Until you’re permanently hired by a dental office, your loyalty remains with Dental Pro Staffing Solutions
Keep your information current. Update your resume and contact details anytime there is a change.
Confidentiality is crucial. Any information we share with you should be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
From the moment you register, we will communicate with you about potential opportunities and do our best to match you with temporary or permanent positions. You will receive all relevant details about any openings and be updated regularly as positions or interviews arise. Rest assured, we will maintain your privacy and confidentiality.
If you experience an emergency, such as illness or an accident on your way to an assignment or interview, contact both us and the dental office immediately. Let us know the situation, your expected arrival time, or if a replacement is needed. Clear communication is essential.
If a dental office offers you additional shifts or a permanent role, please direct them to communicate with Dental Pro Staffing Solutions to arrange the details. All temporary shifts and permanent positions must be processed through our team. Keep us informed if an office offers you additional work or a long-term role.
Temporary Placements are short-term assignments, ranging from one day to a few weeks.
Permanent Placements involve longer-term positions, whether part-time or full-time, or covering extended leave periods like maternity or sick leave.
We will review your resume and send you the details of positions you’re interested in. Once you confirm your interest, we’ll forward your information to the dental office. Stay in touch with us during the entire hiring process, especially if you’re scheduled for a working interview. We must confirm all interview details—such as date, time, and agreed-upon compensation—before the interview takes place. Discuss any offers or contracts with us before accepting.
You will typically be paid directly by the dental office you work with. For single-day shifts, you should provide the office with an invoice, and payment is usually made at the end of your shift. Ensure that you are compensated correctly, and if there are any delays in payment beyond one week, contact us immediately. For permanent placements, we will confirm the agreed-upon pay rate, hours, and other terms with both you and the dental office. Once the office has paid the placement fee, you will be their employee, and you will follow their payroll schedule.
